ABOUT THE FAMILY:

This warm, fun-loving family is looking for the perfect nanny to match their family’s energy!

Dad is incredibly kind, understanding, and easygoing, while Mom is sociable, caring, and witty. Both parents adore their child and want the best care for them. Together, they create a balanced, love-filled home where connection, humor, and kindness are valued.

Their little one is an easygoing toddler with a sensitive side who is just beginning to express their opinions. A great sleeper and a good eater, they enjoy independent play but also thrive on one-on-one attention. Books are their absolute favorite—they’ll often choose a story over toys! They have a bit of sass and a growing personality that makes everyday fun and exciting.

The family maintains a screen-free environment for their child, with TV being used very minimally. They are looking for an extra set of hands to help with childcare so that Dad can focus on work and Mom can tackle household tasks and errands. Their goal: when they spend time with their child, they can give them their full attention.

The family loves their crew of sweet but senior Cockapoos who enjoy spending time barking and cuddling and the likely to never be seen independent yet affectionate cats.

THEIR IDEAL NANNY:

• You are energetic and creative, bringing in new activities and play experiences to keep our child engaged and learning in a fun, hands-on way. Whether it’s dancing around the room, setting up a sensory bin, or exploring outside, you find joy in making everyday moments exciting.

• You are empathetic and patient, ready to maneuver through each day with warmth and understanding. As our toddler grows and expresses their opinions more, you guide them with kindness while fostering their independence.

• You are proactive and detail-oriented, noticing the little things that help our household run smoothly. You refill diapers without being asked, keep track of supplies, and help with child-related tasks like starting laundry and rotating toys when needed.

• You are a natural teacher, integrating learning into daily activities instead of structured lessons. You introduce colors, letters, and manners through play, books, and real-life experiences—like “folding” laundry, preparing snacks, or washing hands together.

• You are tech-free when it comes to childcare, fully present and engaged without relying on screens, tablets, or phones. If TV is ever used, you ensure it’s a rare, low-stimulation experience.

• You are kind and adaptable, bringing a positive and cheerful energy into their home. You balance fun with structure, keep their child’s well-being at the center of your care, and embrace the quirks of a household filled with both a toddler and a few senior pets.
