SCHEDULE: 3 days per week Mon-Fri; Flexible times/days; Open to discussion.
DURATION: 3 months
COMPENSATION: $20-$24/hr

ABOUT THE FAMILY:
First-time parents of sweet 3 m/o
Dad works from home in a studio for a social media company, while mom is finishing out her family leave and will be returning to work after the holidays.
Dad is described as a gentle giant who is friendly and talkative.
Mom is outgoing, funny and social.
Both parents describe themselves as liberal and open-minded, compassionate and non-judgmental.
Baby wants to talk and coos non-stop. They are described as an “extrovert”, wiggly, yet an easy baby who only fusses if there’s a reason.
Pet: Geriatric, deaf herding dog. Sweet but barks when people come to the door.
THEIR IDEAL NANNY:
The family seeks a nanny that is very knowledgeable in infant care and can engage their baby in developmentally appropriate activities, feeding, routines, and a familiarity with safe sleep practices and spaces.
The nanny candidate should be a good communicator, reliable, loving, and respectful. They should be gentle, mellow, conscientious and be comfortable with a gentle parenting style.
They would like a nanny that is a team player.
Having a nanny pitch in with additional tasks is always appreciated.
Considerate of geriatric dog.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional experience with infants
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Infant/Child CPR/First Aid Certification
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:
- Non-smoker
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:
- None
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing to authorize a background check
