COMPENSATION: $45/hr DOE

ABOUT THE FAMILY:
These two dads will be traveling from California to welcome their baby this December in Tacoma, WA. As first-time parents, they recognize that having professional support is crucial. They will be in the Tacoma area for about 2 weeks after the birth of their baby.
THEIR IDEAL NANNY:
This family is looking for a friendly and nurturing Postpartum Doula or Newborn Care Specialist who has extensive knowledge about newborns. They appreciate someone who understands the particular needs of intended parents and who can be a calming presence during the first two weeks of parenthood. Their doula/NCS should be knowledgeable and be able to provide assistance with general baby care that includes feeding, sleep, hygiene, and new parenthood strategies. A doula/NCS familiar with providing travel strategies would also be helpful.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Professional training as Postpartum Doula and/or NCS
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Infant/Child CPR/First Aid Certification
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:
- Non-smoker
- Fully vaccinated including flu, Tdap, and Covid-19
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:
- None
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing to authorize a background check
