COMPENSATION: Starting at $25/hr DOE

ABOUT THE FAMILY:
This hard-working progressive family has twins who are 3 months old. Both parents occasionally work from home and have occupations that deal with sensitive information requiring discretion. They have two indoor cats who are 2 and 9 years old. The maternal grandmother lives in an attached ADU towards the back of the property.
THEIR IDEAL NANNY:
They are looking for a progressive nanny who can provide personalized childcare for their twins. They would like them to have prior experience caring for multiples and to be competent and kind natured. Their ideal nanny would be patient, flexible, professional, and practice discretion especially when it comes to the sensitive nature of their jobs. They would love to find a bilingual nanny who can introduce their children to other languages. They need a nanny who is organized, can multitask, and assist with maintaining schedules in line with sleep training goals, and who can engage their children in developmentally appropriate activities. This family has a Lovevery subscription, which will include educational toys that will arrive monthly for the nanny to utilize. Play-based learning is their current focus. Responsibilities would include feeding, changing, playing with, and ensuring the safety of their twins while in your care. Prepping bottles and cleaning them as needed will also be required. Helping the parents maintain order in their home is important.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous professional experience with multiples
- Professional experience with infants
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Infant/Child CPR/First Aid Certification
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:
- Non-smoker
- Fully vaccinated including flu, Tdap, and Covid-19 (plus boosters)
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing to authorize a background check
