THEIR IDEAL INFANT NANNY & FAMILY ASSISTANT:
Our client is in search of a dedicated caregiver who brings positivity, proactivity, engagement, and attention to detail to their role. With a minimum of 2 years of professional infant nanny experience and previous work as a family assistant, you’ll be well-equipped to excel in this position.
The family prioritizes health and safety, requiring proof of vaccinations, including the most recent Covid booster and flu shot. They seek a non-smoker/vaper who avoids strong scents like perfume. As their nanny, you’ll provide enriching activities with their child, including playtime, reading, and skill-building exercises, as well as, outings to the playground and leisurely walks. Once their child has received their 1-year-old immunizations you can expect to spend more time with the baby exploring mor of Portland.
Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of childcare tasks, including bottle prep, feeding, changing, bathing, and maintaining cleanliness in baby-related areas. You will also be responsible for preparing nutritious meals and snacks, ensuring nursery and diaper bag supplies are well-stocked, and keeping the child’s environment tidy.
Collaboration is key to the family’s dynamic so they highly value a nanny who can work harmoniously with them. Your role will include taking a proactive approach to your family assistant responsibilities during nap times to support the smooth operation of the household.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous professional experience
- Professional experience with infants
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Infant/Child CPR/First Aid Certification
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:
- Non-smoker
- Fully vaccinated including flu, Tdap, and Covid-19 (plus boosters)
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle
- Proof of insurance
- Clear DMV driving record
- Willing to drive child(ren) in personal vehicle
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing to authorize a background check
