SCHEDULE: Sun & Mon 8am-2pm until Aug. then Fri & Sun 8am-2pm ongoing after that
DURATION: Prefer 1 year agreement
COMPENSATION: $25-$26/hour DOE; W-2 employee
AGE OF CHILD(REN): 4 y/o

ABOUT THE FAMILY:
Parents work from home
No pets
Their 4 y/o has some physical and speech developmental delays though they can walk and talk. Their child can be very repetitive in their speech and play and they love to spend a lot of time outdoors.
Maternal grandparents live in their home with them.
THEIR IDEAL NANNY:
A nanny who is warm, patient, and accepting of their child’s delays and needs.
Their nanny needs to be reliable and good at communication.
Their ideal nanny is one who can be playful and is comfortable spending time outside (usually a couple hours in the backyard/neighborhood each day). They would want their child engaged in the activities they enjoy such as exploring, running in and out of the garage, playing with play dough, and painting.
The nanny will be asked to change diapers, spend time playing with their child, give them snacks and lunch.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous professional experience
CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- Current Infant/Child CPR/First Aid Certification
HEALTH REQUIREMENTS:
- Non-smoker
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:
- None
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Willing to authorize a background check
